President's Corner

Our purpose is to facilitate the goals of the NAACP in Charles County Maryland by highlighting issues pertinent to this locale.

The NAACP's principal objectives are to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of minority group citizens of the United States, and to eliminate race prejudice.

The NAACP seeks to remove all barriers of racial discrimination through democratic processes. This mission is accomplished by seeking the enactment and enforcement of federal, state and local laws securing civil rights, and by informing the public of the adverse effects of racial discrimination.

Stay tuned to this web site as we present information and topics of particular importance to our community.

Contact us at any time to let us know how we may serve the community.

President of the Charles County Branch
